--- ## Neurotransmitter Synthesis This repository contains scripts to simulate the synthesis of neurotransmitters from amino acids using RDKit. It includes the biochemical pathways for creating neurotransmitters such as serotonin from tryptophan. ### Features - Simulate the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin. - Generate and save molecular structure images at each step. - Easily extendable to other neurotransmitter synthesis pathways. ### Setup and Usage 1. Palghar Mob Lynching, Know Supreme Court guidelines to end mob lynching.

Palghar mob lynching 

  • 3 people-2 seers (Sadhus) and one driver where travelling from Kandivali in Mumbai to Gujarat via interior roads of Palgarh to attend a funreal. 
  • Their vehicles was stopped near a village in Palghar. The three where dragged out of their car and beaten. After that, the police came to rescue the three, they were also that attacked by the villagers.
  • In the video, The villages where seen attacking the police's van as well. The police took the victims to a nearby hospital but they were declared dead and to death with sticks by a mob on suspicion that they were kidnapping children.
  • Palghar police have arrested a case against 110 people including 9 juveniles in connection with the mob lynching of two seeds and One Driver by the Gadchinchle villagers in Maharashtra.
  • The deceased were identified as Chikne Maharaj Kalpavarukshagiri (age 70), Sushil Giri Maharaj (age 35) and their car driver Niles Telgade (age 30). An FIR has been filled against 110 people, out of which 101 accused have been sent to police custody till April 30.


Supreme Court guidelines-11 points


  • The state shall designate a senior police officer not below the rank of police superintendent as Nodal Officer in each district.
  • These offices will set up a task force to be assisted by one DSP rank officer for taking measures to prevent mob violence and lynching.
  • The task force will gather intelligence report on people likely to commit such crimes or who are involved in spreading hate, speeches, provocative statements and fake news.
  • The Nodal Officer shall hold regular meetings (at least once a month) with the local intelligence units in the districts and station house offices to identify tendencies of vigilantism and mob violence.
  • The Director General of Police for the home department secretary shall hold regular review meetings (at least once a quarter) with all the nodal officers and state police intelligence heads.
  • All police officers will have to ensure the dispersal of mobs that have a tendency to cause violence or lynch in the grab of vigilantism or otherwise The Union Home Department must work in co-ordination with the state governments.
  • the DGP shall issue a circular to the SPs on police patrolling in sensitive areas.
  • The central and the state governments should broadcast on radio, television and other media platform including the official website of the home department and the state police, that lynching and mob violence will invite serious consequence.
  • It will be the duty of the centre and the state to curve the the dissemination of irresponsible and explosive messages, videos and other material on social media platforms.
  • The police shall register FIRs under section 153A of the IPC (promoting enmity among people) and / or other relevant provisions against the perpetrators.
  • The centre shall issue appropriate directions to the states on the gravity of the situation and the measures to be taken.


Remedial Measure 


  • Despite the preventive measures taken by the state police, if it comes to the notice of the local police that an incident of lynching mob violence has taken place, the jurisdictional Police Station selimmediately lodge an FIR.
  • It shall be the duty of the station house officer to immediately intimate the Nodal Officer in the district who shall, in turn, ensure that there is no further harassment of the family members of the victims.
  • The investigation in such offences personally monitor by the Nodal Officer.
  • The state shall prepare a scheme to compensate lynching and mob violence victims. while calculating the nation the compensation, the state governments shall give due regard to the nature of of bodily injury, psychological injury, loss of earnings and expenses incurred on account of legal and medical expenses.
  • The cases of lynching and mob violence shall be specially tried by designated courts in each district. search court shall try cases on a day-to-day basis the trial should preferably be concluded within 6 months.
